I had an issue with three fence panels and a few posts that were weak . I had a quote after I had put up the job with photos but there was actually more damage due to the winds . A tree had to be sorted out too . All this was done in a professional manner . Rich explained everything before doing the job including the price . A tree that was leaning over had to be sorted . Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
