I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Terrible: Floor level 20mm too high on upstairs extension Screed floor of incorrect composition, relaid twice, still wrong. Roof plate too high Damp in new dining room Leaking shower enclosure Cheap plasterboard used in shower and not board quoted for Plastering up to 35mm out when spirit level put against wall Wrong gutters used Reveals not square Poor quality brickwork French doors poorly fitted Untidy The list is endless and has resulted in contract termination and a new builder doing the job properly.

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

Arrived promptly on time both for quotation and when work started, was also happy to quote and carry out a small job for an elderly neighbour of mine. These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.
