Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.

Ionut was prompt and fast . However would not snag minor items saying holes were not filled as needed silicone so he did not do them . asked him for a list for of materials and bought what he asked for …He never asked for silicone . now have to try and do it myself which defeats the object of employing a professional . He also was reluctant to work around furniture and quite unresponsive when asked to remedy things . Overall though a good job if he could address these minor issues he could be 5 *

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.
