I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Kevin was very communicative, did the job quickly and professionally (also with a ladder) for a great price. Can't ask for more!

The process was explained to me really, really well and all questions answered. Dates arranged easily and to suit me. Visits very quick and effective. On their second visit, there was a tiny misunderstanding about the way forward (taking the traps away vs coming back for another visit) but it was solved with a phone call in no time at all. Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.
Change in spec of my job which neither of us anticipated was dealt with without issue or complaint. Good guy and I would definitely use Wayne again. Recommended.
