Whilst the app is a good idea having to select a job costing beforehand when you're not sure how much to pay is very frustrating. It also reduces your negotiation of any job with the tradesman you're contacting, I've used the RP app a few times but not sure if I will use it again. Henry is spot on in identifying the issue. He and his team were very efficient and manage the project really well. They worked hard and update the progress/issues frequently in the midst of unstable weather conditions. Their service is at the top rank of all projects done by my other tradesmen. I recommend their service but you have to consider the cost as the good service comes with a higher cost.
