-10 Do not use a guy from Grimsby called Ryan. Felted small shed roof, very few roofing tacks used and was not sealed down. No removal of old felting only patched up. Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.

James said that he didn`t have much work on so he could come and have a look at my roof problem the following day.He said that he would phone when he was on his way.Didn`t phone,didn`t show up,didn`t answer his phone when i called,didn`t reply to my messages.Little wonder that he doesn`t have much work on.Waited around for him for several hours.......Time waster.......minus 5 stars( although i have to give 1 star to submit my comments )

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. The firm quoted from photos. When they eventually turned up (missed one booking and 2 hours late for the next) the guy was on the roof for 2 mins before more than doubling the quote. We felt pressured to pay, it was very stressful. They then offered a discount for cash. We have not received a receipt or a copy of the 10 year guarantee we were promised. We paid best part of a grand for 2 hours work. Don’t be a mug like me get several quotes from reputable people.

Shocking after sales service - suggest to avoid at all costs. Spent almost 3K on various roof repairs and upgrades, one of which was adding dry verges to house and garage. Some of these blew away within 2 days and despite promising to re-fix on many occasions they have failed to follow up on thier promise and alleged 10 year gaurantee. This is shocking, especially condiering they advised it would only take 1 hr to fix. Legal action seems inevitable.
