James and his team at db roofing was magnificent. They arrived on time and carried out work with no problems whatsoever. Brilliant guys and would recommend them to anyone who wants a genuine job by genuine family run business. 5 stars for these guys

When they fitted the new edge trim to the new EDPM flat roof replacement this was not done correctly ie it was screwed down from above and should have been secured from the facia side, this has effectively punctured the new membrane and potentially could result in leaking and failure of the new membrane, also they did not used proprietary facia fittings, ie corner caps and capped screws were not used so we have exposed screw heads on view which made the finished job look poor.

Contractor incorrectly fitted replacement flat roof EDPM ie edge trims screwed through membrane from above and effectively puncturing the new roof, potentially leak point, should have been fixed from side. Badly fitted trim, didn’t use capped screws, resulting in a poor finish, I pointed this out when they completed work, said they would return to rectify next day if I paid them promptly, which I did, needless to say the contractor never came back to rectify. Would definitely NOT recommend this outfit!
