I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Working with JP has been a disaster. He kept talking up the job he was doing. We want from cleaning guttering to replacing our roof. He doesnt know what he is doing. He employed illegal workers, our roof is not safe, leaks and does not have building control. We have given him several opportunities to rectify the problems but it just makes things worse whilst he keeps telling you he is doing after first class job.
