James said that he didn`t have much work on so he could come and have a look at my roof problem the following day.He said that he would phone when he was on his way.Didn`t phone,didn`t show up,didn`t answer his phone when i called,didn`t reply to my messages.Little wonder that he doesn`t have much work on.Waited around for him for several hours.......Time waster.......minus 5 stars( although i have to give 1 star to submit my comments )

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. I was waiting for Morgan to come back and finish the job, as he promised. The workmanship was not professional at all. I've had to pay out more money to bring it to standard. I paid him in good faith that he would be back to finish the job, but no show. The doors are not level, the frame wasn't attached to the wall. The plaster is cracking and not even. The ceiling plaster boards were just knocked up over my coving. Was very laxed on days to come work. The list can go on. Not happy
