Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. The best decision I made was going to rated people site for a tradespersons. Kevin contacted me after I posted the job. He came to see what needed done and we agreed price etc. Everything was done according to timelines and price. There were no surprises as sometimes happens with other contractors. Duncan removed a load-bearing wall from my flat and fitted supporting beams. He also arranged scaffolding and coordinated a plumber to run new drainage to allow the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom. I was really pleased with all aspects of the work which was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Duncan is approachable, honest and trustworthy, he always seemed happy to give me his time to discuss the job and kept me well informed on progress. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
