I recently had my gas cooker repaired by Michael, and the service was excellent. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly. The repair was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. No nasty surprises with cost either, which was great.

Joseph did a fantastic job laying new flooring in my kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom had some tricky issues with the existing condition of the floor which he patiently worked through in order to get a finish he was happy with - which was a very high standard. The job took longer than expected due to the issues with bathroom flooring, but Joseph kept me really well informed throughout so nothing came as a surprise. Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten
