First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Messy, emulsion has several runs/drips and his cutting in skills poor. There is emulsion on brand new window and even on the outside of my brand new external door. I have to clean my fridge freezer and there is a significant spill on the top of the kitchen cabinets. The white definitely needs a second coat and some areas will need to be sanded down and redone, the ceiling spots will also need to be remove and cleaned. Did not lift sockets and switches to give a good finish. Left his rubbish.

We got there in the end! After a delay in completing all three jobs, everything was completed to my satisfaction. I will have another patio job later in the year and Mark and his team are top of the list for that.
