He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.

I had been trying for a long time to find a contractor to do ladder work for a few essential roofing and conservatory repairs. Eren arrived exactly when agreed (in fact 20min early). He and his team were friendly and polite and did a quick, competent job of clearing our gutters without any damage or problems (not that easy because our house is old and tile-hung), including cleaning up all the gutter debris that fell out of the gutters onto the patio and adding the garage gutters into the job for no extra charge. I would certainly use Eren and team again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

The person that attended on site Joseph appeared polite at start but once the job started he never attended site and his workers were not following minimum safety practices i.e. transferring heavy OBS boardings on a ladder. The quote included removing old roofing including firrings only to find out that they quicky started boarding up with the existing firrings which were rotten. At the end I had to stop the job and was asked to pay 2000 £ for materials that was not provided with sufficient receipts for.
Recommend company been trading for 15 years, very good worker and very reliable, reasonable on quotations. A specialist In flat roofing, all pvc products including facias soffits and gutters, all general roofing repairs, new roofs and all property maintenance
excellent! lovely chap who did more than i asked him too as he noticed other bits of the roof that needed repair. Id been quoted a price for a roof tile by other roofers and his quote for doing a lot more, wasnt much more than one tile replacement by others.

Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
