Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Work has not been carried out with skill or care. Barge boards were glued to underside of slates and chimney has been capped off with no air bricks. The chimney height has been reduced without the replacement of drop course or inadequate flaunting. I have been ghosted for trying to get this corrected.

We had a persistent roof leak issue during heavy rain. Response from Michael was really quick and came out over the weekend before oredicted heavy rain. They sorted the leak and also check the roof and identified some broken tiles etc which was sorted after few days. Really good team. Thanks guys.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Don't have them came and did my roof still have damp in bathroom. 3 times waiting for them to come back and never came absolutely hopeless cept say would come no show at the end of my Tether don't like leaving a bad review but is needed. Continually asking for a receipt of the job they did but did not get one . Please avoid at all costs.
