Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Dean (& Winston) arrived on time and set about the job as soon as 'they' arrived on site. Dean does take photos and videos to show what needs doing and the results of his labours. Thankfully, he also pointed out that one of my other chimneys was about to fall off the roof so he quickly made a repair while he was up there. Dean (& Winston) is now my 'go to guy' for all things brick and tiles.

Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them.
