James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. When they came to fit the window and door, Sunny and his fitters immediately put down dust sheets. We found them to do a clean job and were very polite throughout.
