Ross was excellent from start to finish. He came out and gave an initial quote which was similar to other quotes we received. However, Ross was willing to investigate and repair a pipe before installing our water tank that others were unwilling to do. After 3 weeks of being let down and messed about by local roofers following Storm Eowyn, I posted on here and Colin got in touch.
