I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Do not use this tradesperson. We needed a skylight fitted, and this company quoted for the job. We paid a deposit the same day we got the quote, and agreed a start date. The job was delayed a week by them, and when the new date came, they didn't respond to messages. After several days of silence, they replied to make excuses and arrange a new date, which they also missed. After four weeks of delays, we requested a refund, but they refused as they had "bought materials". We are pursuing further action. DNU

Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Work was conducted quickly (before the snow came) and i would use them again.

Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was.
