Radiators moved under the window. They used plastic cables instead of copper pipes and those cables are hanging under the radiators and are placed up on the wall instead of being above the skirting boards. Boiler apparently serviced but they didn't look inside the boiler and they didn't give me the boiler service form, only some printouts from outside mains, saying that that's my boiler service. Absolutely rubbish. I've been taken ripped off and now I have to pay again someone else to put things right.

Jason was such a polte nice fella as were all the different tradesmen that came and did my bedroom but Jason was the person i had most dealings with. I gave them a blank canvas to work with and gave them just a few instructions so it was all there idea what they did and i have got to say what a great job they did. The work was all done to a high standard and they cleaned up everyday at the end of shift. The price was good and i must say would highly recommend them to anyone.

James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I had a problem with my float valve in my tank. Neal answered my posting promptly and came out to assess the job. We agreed a price and he nipped off to get the parts. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He had a very pleasant manner and I can not praise him highly enough. I would totally recommend him to anyone based on this job.
