After receiving quotaion from Mr.Arpad Vilagi of Arpad Constrution, for painting my house from outside including window sills, and front door etc. I invited him for further discussion. His price was the best for labour which included cost of hiring Tower for 7 days. As for materials, I paid at cost. He worked hard and was polite. Aftet work every day the place was left clean. I am very satisfide and highly recommend him to any one.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Couldn't do the work in the time he said during his visit. didn't explain the price properly. I purchased the tiles, but he expected me to understand what other materials were needed but didn't tell me this when he come to look at the job! And finally, left me in the lurch and didn't do the job.

Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.
