Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Mr Rob Robinson has come to my house to repair a leak in the roof in August 2018. Since August 2018 we have had to call Rob number of times. The roof is sill leaking and he is refusing to refund the money even tho I have offered £100 for his trouble to date. I have further damage inside the house due to the leak.The communication is poor and no sense of customer care. At this stage following few attempts I do not trust Rob can fix the leak and I hope he can do the right thing and refund the money paid!

Quoted £35 ... Tried to fix lights. After 45 mins the problem was not sorted and the price went to £100 to fix. So did not use. The new price included new wiring.

When we requested the roof to be upgraded there were no leaks anywhere. When it rained we had water coming in the bedroom this we thought was because of work they had done on roof. They are supposed experts on flat roofing, and it took them three visits to find the problem. We thought we we getting quality workmen going through Rated People, but again hit problems.

DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
