Great finish to bathroom floor which was awkward as roll too bath had to be removed and replaced once floor done. Very happy with result. Job took longer than planned but Sam explained that he had overbooked jobs and had other ongoing projects. This was the only issue but he always explained delays.

We are new to Rated People as we are looking to work more locally in the NW area at the domestic and small commercial level. With over 18 years in the trade, we have been successfully installing floor coverings on projects for a wide ranging client base; retail shops, gyms, pharmacies, offices, schools and more. As well as the commercial work we also have a great deal of experience in carrying out projects for home owners. The types of flooring we install include: LVT (Amtico, Karndean, Moduleo). They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.
