As well as helping home owners on a regular basis, we specialise with holiday let management focusing on package bundles of cleaning, maintenance, and health and safety compliance to streamline processes to allow owners more freedom and let go of the day to day. Plumbing charges are as follows: Minimum charge per visit excluding parts is £155.00 including call out (no vat) Our minimum hourly rate chargeable is £45.00 (no vat) Minimum Call Out Fee £95.00 (no vat) After 6pm and Weekend Call Out Fees Minimum Charge: £180.00 (no vat) Replacement of toilet siphon Min Charge £280 inc. parts and fittings (no vat)

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Wayne and his son arrived promptly and worked quickly and cleanly. They did my job as well as my neighbours and also undertook an unexpected job from my other neighbour, who were all left very happy. I would use this firm again and I would recommend them to friends. Having previously attempted and failed to get other work done by 'local tradesmen', I would not hesitate to call these chaps back.

I would defiantly recommend johnny to do your plastering jobs how big or small the work is. He's friendly, punchuerial, reliable and leaves the place tidy. I hired johnny to replaster our lounge/dinner/utility plus both ceilings plus he resolved some rising damp issues we had. Excellent plastering work nice and smooth. Easy to have around the house felt I could trust him all day whilst I went to work. Very competitive with his pricing and keeps to his word.
