Michael installed a new unvented hot water cylinder , he did a first class job, explained every step and the result is constant hot water at mains pressure which has certainly improved our showers. They completed the house extension for us and everything was finished to a high standard and on time. Tommy you never once mentioned having to pay for "smashed tiles" you said you would be back to finish and you never returned you was paid for a complete job which was never completed so as far as im concerned we were conned! How is it another tiler turned up and finished the job without having to replace any tiles and had no problem with what the plumber had done?? With regards to the plumber he asked a number of times if he could work along side you to which you replied no as he would be in the way!

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.
