Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. A handyman arrived who couldn’t find my house... I asked for Belgravia to send me someone at 11 am this morning. Two men arrived at 9:40. It was clear neither had English as a first language and one used Google translate. That’s all fine as long as they do the job. The taps were changed. Water is having been switched off, but the bloke disappeared before I could approve the job or confirm the water had been switched on again..other minor job completed well. Doubt I will use them again.
