Communicates well, was very nice. Hung my TV up above the fireplace - asked me all the right questions to make sure it was ok to do so (type of wall behind the plaster, will the fireplace be used and double checked which way the electrical wiring ran for the socket installed on the mantle (now sits behind the TV). He was also available on a quick turnaround.

Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. This company charged us £140 for a “call out” they didn’t carry out any work required and they left the cable hanging from the original satélite dish installed previously. I wouldn’t recommend them. We have paid a lot of money for no work done whatsoever but they left our own dish not properly put back as it was.
