Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!

Hello, Been in the Building trade for over 30 years, my son has joined our team now , New to Rated People but not to the Industry . We cover all aspects of Groundworks and this is what most people can't do or just don't like the hard work . Footings , Extensions to Roofing , we recently attended Firestone rubber roofing course and they will insure it for 20 years through ourselves , felt has had it's day ! We are fully insured and offer only Quality work , straight talking , honest people , you won't be disappointed in us For the work we can not do we have qualified Electricians & Plumbers that we work with all with correct certs ect .

Luke and team came out to view the job. His communication was excellent working the appointment around my available and turned up bang on time. He reviewed the problem with the drain and managed find a blockage and cleared it straight away. There was no charge for the unblocking as it was a simple solution but Luke offered some advice to ensure the issue won’t happen again and some potential fixes going forward. I will certainly be contacting CC drainage with any further issues and can recommend them highly

SP Groundwork arrived at time agreed and carried out the necessary resulting in a transformed outdoor area. The work was completed on time despite there being heavy rain during the week. Scott quoted and charged a fair & satisfactory price. I am very pleased with the result. Scott has agreed to carry out additional groundwork to other external areas of the property. These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.
