After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

Simon and his team turned up on time and fully understood our requirements for the front garden immediately. They worked hard and although against the weather they finished the work in good time. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The Drain People attended promptly to my request for a CCTV drains mapping found a pipe was uncapped responsible no doubt for the sogginess in garden and there was a buried manhole/inspection chamber that indicated a breach in regulations by the builder David wilson homes. Great job and helpful worker Paul if I recollect his name accurately.
