After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

James was a very skilled and hard worker. The yard/garden work included removing and disposing of old concrete, laying a new run-off pipe, making a raised flowerbed, reducing the garden and paving the area with flags, resurfacing a 4 m ramp, putting down gravel and brick edging, and making/fitting a side gate. All the work was completed in one tranche to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in hiring James (JLE Paving) in the future.

I have applied my trade and technical skills to complete many tasks outside my trade. I would like to re-review as there seemed to be a few misunderstandings on both sides; however Micheal was very professional and following discussions managed to correct the situation, so my original review still applies. I would recommend future dealings with Michael and his workmanship is top standard. My apologies for the previous review it was written during a period of high emotions before discussions could be had.
