George was great. Super responsive. Great comms. Moved fast. Was all solutions. Repaired what he could, and more than originally requested. But did not aggressively upsell me. Candidly advised me to replace one sash window (beyond reasonably repair) at the v top of the house while we have the scaffolding up. All round great service. Did a good job quickly at a reasonable price, lower than other quotes and was pleasant to deal with. Only criticism is that after waiting some time after the original booking when I thought perhaps he wasn’t coming, I had to text him to find out he was running late. Would have appreciated an earlier notification so I could have popped out had I wanted to. Otherwise full marks

Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.
