John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. He fitted the water pump on 2 August and charged me £550. It never worked adequately from day one. Repeated promises that he'd come to replace it. I last had such a promise in early December. It's now the end of January. I'm a pensioner now, so have to wait to pay someone else to fit a new one - they quoted me only £250-300 ... when I can afford it in March, I'll have it done. I don't expect I'll hear from him again. Very disappointed to say the least
