Hi, I'm Gary Korab, and I'm a fully trained carpenter/joiner, and locksmith, with 25 years experience. I have completed the level 3 Advanced Modern Apprenticeship at college, along with the City & Guilds awards and many other certificates. I do still work in the carpentry and joinery trade, but I'm slowly merging my business to focus just on the locksmithing trade, and emergency boarding services. This includes fixing windows, doors, etc. Upvc, steel, and timber are all included. Breaking locks, lock replacement or repair, mechanism replacement or repair, handle replacement or repair, espagnolette replacement or repair, and adjusting window openers and doors that don't open well anymore, or not at all. Most of the time the window or door will just need adjusting, and I also offer a full service as well, which keeps your windows and doors working well for longer. Emergency boarding includes windows that have been damaged, or the glass smashed/missing, and doors that have been damaged, or the glass smashed/missing. Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
