I posted my job after one engineer could not get my thermostat working (despite replacing it 3 times), and another was charging extertionate rates for labour. Having used this company in the past I hoped our interactions during a request for a quote would be equally cordial. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Light Electrics! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. I recently had a new electric oven and hob installed, which also required sorting out the junction box and safely removing the old gas oven, hob, and gas piping. This was a complex job, but Light Electrics handled it all seamlessly. They communicated every step clearly, arrived on time, and left everything tidy when the work was done.
Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
