I've given 4 stars for reliability - but that was only because covid-19 interrupted. Other than that, James came up with a design that I liked, and he and his his guys did a great job making it work. We employed Paul to create a concrete base for our new garden cabin to be installed. Paul was on time and organised, he was friendly and finished the job in good time. Unfortunately he didn’t protect the lawn so we are left with concrete in the grass. The concrete base wasn’t flat and dipped in the middle which made installing the cabin harder for us.
