Carl was methodical in his work, extremely professional. His ideas and assistance with the overall plan for the garden was pertinent to my requirements. He continually kept me informed about what he was doing and how he was progressing. Even in poor weather, Carl ensured he completed what he was able. I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.
