Very poor work, my radiator makes so much noise and has gotten worse since installed and when I messaged Elf to rectify initially, he completely ignored me. My brother who also used him had to reconnect his again to due to the extremely poor workmanship

The floor tiles were not positioned by staggering as originally agreed. The wall tiles had excess grout left on them which I have had to spend number of hours cleaning of & this is still not complete. The basin does not sit level on the vanity unit, a family member has removed the basin and it in the midst pof cutting a bigger hole. Really disappointed with the overall finish.

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
I made 2 mutually convenient appointments with this chap and he didn't turn up to either. He then severed contact without reason.

Very dissapointing. Big puddles in flagged pathway, grouting very poor and messy workmanship, will have to get someone else in to put it right.
Total waste of my time. Clearly advertised for a tradesman to install my alarm and they sent alarm salesmen instead. I will have use the yellow pages next time.Thanks.
