came on 21st july, gave estimate and agreed job. said panels would be ready in 5 days. eventually fitted on 21st august, 30 days later One panel faulty(not noticed by john hall). Replaced this panel a week later, when he had to reverse panels, mas they had been fitted the wrond way round!!.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Sam helped us identify the best solution for our house, we now have a lovely new boiler, new radiator and 2 thermostats/zones. The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
Very pleased with our choice of plumber. A fair and reasonable quote for the job. They were very polite and got on with the job straight away. Arrived promptly each morning and worked solidly until the end of the afternoon. Tidied up well every evening. Always friendly and cheerful. We are very pleased with the finished bathroom and ensuite. Everything we asked for was done professionaly and we were consulted about all aspects of the work to make sure we were happy with it before it was done. We would definitely use them again.

Nice bloke, but after the first day of hanging wallpaper my wife had concerns. The cutting of edges were all over the place. Not a straight edge anywhere. I tried to make excuses for Alan as our walls are not perfect. However, on the 2nd day to do a small feature wall, I have to say that even I am really disappointed. Again, no straight cuts and also gaps in the joins. I honestly wish I had taken the time to do it myself.

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok
We are 3 generations of the family specializing in Plumbing, Electrics and Building. Between us we feel we are able to accommodate a customers every need and take the job from planning to completion or work individually within our specific trades.
Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.
