P & L have just completed today(9/10/24) our bathroom makeover & we are absolutely delighted with the work done. This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. Booking a convenient time was fairly good . Communication was good. Arrived promptly, however the work seemed quite rushed , and no joins were sealed with sealant as this is Lino fitted on a kitchen floor of high use for spillage /dirt im unsure how it will wear in due time . Some areas not glued down fully and visibly bubbled .

Our flooring was even on some areas and he levelled and carried out everything beyond our expectations.
