the company promised they have 3 years warranty on their installation. I have since had issues with the installation and reported this to the installer but they have refused to turn up.
Barry Morris our tradesman encountered problems caused by our equipment but kept going until all was sorted taking much longer than expected. Barry always left us confident that he would sort everything and he did. He was punctual and had a lovely sense of humour too. He contacted us a week later to check that all was well and it was.
