He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Barry Morris our tradesman encountered problems caused by our equipment but kept going until all was sorted taking much longer than expected. Barry always left us confident that he would sort everything and he did. He was punctual and had a lovely sense of humour too. He contacted us a week later to check that all was well and it was.
