The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. But he required no supervision from us, carried on quietly and very neatly completed the job. His workmanship is of an excellent standard and we have no hesitation in recommending him and will use him again.
Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy.
