Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. Nicholae was quick to respond and gave me an exact quote for the job. He was very clear and precise from the start and discussed what needs to be done. He gave good ideas and suggestions. He was very particular about what job needs to be done and what was agreed for the quote given so there was no misunderstanding later. Although I must say Nicholae is very adjusting and carried out a few extra work for me at no extra cost. He is very hardworking and gives his 100 percent. I would definitely hire him again.

The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
