ended up putting a completely wrong colour of silicon in my bedroom which completely spoilt the look despite him saying it gives a different kind of look. I was completely new to doing a house, so didn’t know what will work and what won’t. Ignoring the choice of colour part, there were smudges of silicon at many places and i wouldn’t call it a neat job per my standards. But each one could have different standards.

Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. DO NOT USE. Currently in a legal dispute with Clean Green Team/CGT Building Services over terrible work that they refused to rectify despite admitting fault. They fitted an internal door as an external door and fitted fire doors without any seals. I had weeks of excuses and, frankly, lies, so I have now decided to take legal action to try and get my money back. I posted photos of my job and recieved a quote via text straight away. When I made contact to book the job they came the following day at the agreed time and the guy that came was fantastic. I was able to leave him to it while I carried on sorting through in the house. I only had to assist with the slightly heavier items which was my choice I even helped the guy out at the end as he had done a fantastic job by himself up to that point.
