Re boiler service. Gary kept in touch all the way through keeping me updated. He had a problem with a piece of equipment which unfortunately meant he couldn't do the job on the original day but arranged for the job to be done the very next day by a colleague. No complaints. Neil did a systematic and detailed check on all the electrics to not only find the fault and repair it, but went the extra mile to check the other lights to ensure that the problem wouldn't recurr. Took his advice and switched from halogens to led downlighters. Very pleased with the service, especially as it was a Sunday and didn't charge extra for weekend work.
