Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

Booked to come out to quote, staying in and they didn’t bother turning up or calling, I rang them and said they’ll find out when they would arrive, they never got back to me. Rang then to rearrange and left a voicemail as-well as text message, ignored both!
