His quote was in depth, and communicated extra costs which occurred (due to problems found with the house being built in 1880) straight away. Very good service from Karl who diagnosed the problem and quoted for the job via a telephone call which, tbh, I found quite unusual, however, he arrived when promised with the correct equipment and solved our problem within a couple of hours. We had a damp issue which we thought was caused by the leaky roof, following Karl's visit this is now resolved. Karl was friendly and competent and very knowledgeable, I would definitely use his service again and would recommend him for anyone else,

Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price.
