Lee came and did a painting job for me. He was punctual, polite and did a great job. He had planned to do the job in one day but because of problems outside his control (paint not drying because of the temperature and painting on an outside wall) he came back and finished it the next day at no extra cost. The manager calls up saying you'll be paying when no contract was signed. If I get a cheaper quote I'll take it. If the person on the phone that I spoke to explained that they will be booking skips then I would off said I'll get back to them. But the manager was talking to me like he's some east London gangsta and if I don't do what he says he'll do me in. I had to block him as he was harassing me.

I was lucky to find Carl after a plumber I called to repair a leaking pipe under my bath did a horrible job that caused water to pour through my bathroom onto the room downstairs, damaging the ceiling and the carpet of the room downstairs. Carl was able to identify what the problem was and resolved it with great skill. Since he fixed the leak under my bath, there has not been a single drop of water leaking from underneath my bath. He is excellent!
