Callum arrived on the day I contacted him, to replace a kitchen tap. Other plumbers were quoting 10 to 14 days before they could attend. He arrived early and carried out the replacement efficiently and confidently, leaving no mess or leaks when the job was finished. Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was.
