Howard came promptly and gave a quote for later the same week. He got the paint for me - a matt emulsion for walls and ceiling. Overall the finished job was good although he had to return to redo a wall. Which he did without any fuss. Howard was very pleasant and got on with the painting efficiently. My reason for 4 stars is that Howard is a bit messy with preparation and finish.

So after messing about for days now I'm expected to find an extra £70. I just cancelled. Friday was my last day. Whose to say they'd turn up! Went with someone else who did.
