I am a an electrician with over 17 years experience. I specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial work, ranging from smaller jobs such as new sockets and lights, to bigger projects such as rewires and fit outs. I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

My job required a team. Dale was swift to assemble a really lovely team. They all arrived on time and got straight to work. I offered them refreshments as it was outdoor work but they were already prepared for everything and brought their own. I had the work completed quickly without any issues. no task or request was too much and all members of the team were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very polite.
